Job Summary

Support the Defense Intelligence Agency mission by designing, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint 2019 and knowledge management capabilities across classified domains. Build and sustain SharePoint sites, templates, and governance structures, automate workflows with Power Automate/Power Apps, and integrate solutions via REST APIs. Use front-end customization (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript) and analytics to measure adoption, troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and improve real-time access through SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, maintain, and secure a SharePoint 2019 environment to ensure high availability, compliance, and performance across classified systems.
•Design and sustain SharePoint sites, templates, and content aligned with agency branding and KM standards.
•Configure and customize SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Designer, JSON, and REST API integrations.
•Apply HTML5 and CSS3 to personalize SharePoint interfaces and optimize site performance and consistency.
•Develop and execute enterprise knowledge management strategies, including metadata/taxonomy and governance models, and use analytics to measure impact and adoption trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint.
•Current active TS/SCI security clearance.
•Current CI Poly recognized by DIA or ability to obtain as part of onboarding.
•Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
•Demonstrated experience implementing KM frameworks, metadata/taxonomy models, and governance strategies.
