Supply Chain Assistant

Support inbound supply chain operations by placing purchase orders, coordinating with brand owners, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery across Asia buffer warehouses. Manage shipping documentation, coordinate with 3PLs and forwarders for import cargo receipt, and process 3PL invoices. Maintain inventory transactions and support stock reconciliations. Assist with supply chain master data validation and contribute to dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
