Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the first point of contact for compliance advice across the Wealth Collective, expanding to Growth & Marketing and MonzOS over time.
  • •Provide clear, proactive compliance advice, especially on COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS and Consumer Duty.
  • •Review customer journeys and communications to support good customer outcomes and flag risks.
  • •Advise Marketing and Financial Promotion teams on financial promotion rules and guidance.
  • •Oversee regulatory breaches and incidents as part of the team.
