Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Business Area Contact (BAC) to ensure seamless execution of the credit policy lifecycle.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational excellence.
  • •Govern day-to-day administration of Credit Approval and Credit Exception frameworks.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end Policy Adherence process, including recurring reporting routines.
  • •Validate and maintain the inventory of Risks, Requirements, and Controls, and support UAT for enhancements to supporting credit risk technology.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in risk management or process management at a financial institution or consultancy firm.
  • •Understanding of commercial banking activities and the three lines of defense framework.
  • •Strong data and analytical skills, including data reconciliation and reporting.
  • •Experience with SQL databases and interest in using AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting routines.
