Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish operating arrangements with DCDT, including documenting delegated server/infrastructure responsibilities and maintaining escalation procedures.
  • •Maintain the server and systems register, including inventory, accounts/access records, backup arrangements, and updated technical records after changes.
  • •Administer and monitor assigned servers, operating systems, databases, middleware, and services to support availability and performance targets.
  • •Support cybersecurity and access management: apply security updates and vulnerability remediation, enforce least-privilege, coordinate on incidents, and preserve evidence.
  • •Verify backups and support recovery readiness, respond to incidents, manage technical changes/releases, and maintain documentation and monthly reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: VT 2,510,000 - 3,102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
  • •At least 5 years administering production servers and supporting business-critical applications.
  • •Experience monitoring availability/performance/capacity, logs/alerts, backups, restoration, patching, and privileged access management.
  • •Experience with incident investigation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and structured incident/change/release/problem management.
  • •Experience supporting health information systems or digital health applications, including DHIS2 or similar platforms (desirable).
