Job Summary

Collaborate with LYB Record to Report areas (Finance & Accounting, Tax & Treasury) to architect sustainable enterprise solutions aligned to architecture standards. Drive solutioning for large complex projects by producing technical design/specification documents, conceptual architecture views, and documented architectural decisions. Advise business and IT teams on SAP S/4HANA adoption, ensure non-functional requirements, perform high-level integration code review, and mentor developers while keeping up with architecture trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect sustainable solutions across Record to Report areas (Finance & Accounting, Tax & Treasury) aligned to enterprise architecture direction and standards.
•Drive solutioning for large complex projects by creating detailed technical designs/specifications, considering capabilities, risks, and system dependencies.
•Provide consulting and advisory for SAP S/4 HANA adoption, based on the SAP roadmap.
•Create and document conceptual architecture views, technical designs, architectural decisions, and constraints; evaluate alternatives and recommend best options.
•Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements and perform high-level code review in integration development; mentor developers and support project delivery through the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•At least 10 years of hands-on experience in application solution architectures, integration patterns, and best practices.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience on platforms like SAP and other Record to Report (R2R) related platforms.
•Experience across FICO modules (e.g., Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA) and strong integration knowledge with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Mgmt, and Project Systems.
•At least 3 SAP S/4 HANA implementation project experiences.
