  • •Drive technical, schedule, and cost performance while delivering contract-compliant software products for the SM-3 portfolio.
  • •Manage competing priorities by coordinating cross-discipline teams and aligning resources to meet program expectations.
  • •Communicate program status, issues, and resolutions to leadership and support timely delivery against contractual obligations and customer needs.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities early, develop mitigation/capture plans, and review program status with engineering and program leadership.
  • •Support proposal and capture efforts, including development of SAS IPT-relevant proposals and negotiation/review of new scope and contract modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing project/program cost, schedule, and risk, or Earned Value Management and IMS/IMP tools.
  • •Earned Value Management System Certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months.
  • •Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or System Integration, including support for production programs.
