Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard and engage assigned enterprise customers to drive VMware Cloud Foundation adoption and realized business value across the customer journey.
  • •Create structured success plans, articulate short- and long-term goals, and identify gaps to be resolved with customers.
  • •Complete technology assessments, roadmap reviews, deployment guidance, and day-2 operations guidance; identify use cases to expand adoption and consumption.
  • •Present customer progress and achievements in quarterly business reviews and communicate VMware solutions to customers at all levels to drive value and long-term strategy.
  • •Collaborate with internal multi-functional teams and partner resources to optimize operations, recommend improvements, and support account consumption/adoption success.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of related experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • •VMware Cloud Foundation certification: VCP-VCF Administration/Architect, VCAP, or VCP/VCAP on VCF components (e.g., vSphere, vSAN, NSX Networking, VKS, VCF Operations).
  • •Ability to quickly learn and apply VMware Cloud Foundation to customer business and technical requirements.
  • •Proven customer-facing experience (e.g., TAM, Solution Engineer, technology consultant, IT vendor/professional services, or part of an IT team).
