Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle the day-to-day running of professional indemnity claims, including reviewing documents, preparing reports, and drafting.
  • •Liaise with insureds and insurers, and deal with disclosure and routine correspondence.
  • •Review evidence, conduct investigations, and instruct counsel and experts.
  • •Attend conferences and trials/disciplinary hearings with counsel, including court appointments.
  • •Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and relevant Service Standards, and assist in the development and supervision of junior team members.
