Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Change Analyst to manage engineering and product lifecycle changes in a fast-paced, fabless semiconductor environment. You’ll coordinate ECO/MCO/PCN processes, maintain BOM accuracy, drive Change Control Board discussions, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant change implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and process engineering change orders (ECOs) and related documentation through the PLM system (Oracle Fusion and Agile).
•Analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on materials, manufacturing processes, test requirements and product lifecycle stages.
•Handle the lifecycle of changes from initial request through implementation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production schedules.
•Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, ensuring interested parties are informed and aligned on changing decisions.
•Work closely with design engineering, production management, quality and manufacturing operations to ensure smooth transition and communication of changes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in change management or product lifecycle management in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
•Experience with standard PLM change management procedures including ECOs, MCOs, PCNs and Deviations.
•Experience in Oracle Fusion PD module.
•Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
•Understanding of semiconductor product lifecycles, including wafer fabrication, packaging and test.
