Shift Supervisor

Oversee a rotating 12-hour shift for the Advanced Materials division to ensure quality production that is safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient. Directly manage chemical operators (including a lead), lead shift safety/MDI meetings, and act as Incident Commander for emergency response. Manage work orders and production recordkeeping in EMAINT and ERP systems, resolve production and personnel issues with engineering and HR, and ensure shift-to-shift continuity through clear communication and training.
