Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement a comprehensive QA strategy specifically for agent-based systems and AI-driven lifecycles
•Build and evolve testing frameworks from scratch, integrating AI agents to automate test case generation and execution
•Lead hands-on QA activities, coordinating with product engineers to validate complex specifications and ensure system integrity
•Establish standards for load testing and performance benchmarking using Locust to ensure platform scalability
•Drive the adoption of strict TypeScript patterns and automated linting to maintain high code quality across the testing suite

•Ability to support a US time zone overlap (3-8pm CET) for critical business interaction
