Manager Operations Control - Emiratisation

Lead the Emirates Airline Network Control Centre (NCC) by monitoring and proactively managing end-to-end network operations within the operational window. Identify emerging issues early, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive effective disruption and contingency response planning to minimize impact on scheduled services, passengers, safety, cost, and OTP. Oversee aircraft and crew deployment, DXB efficiency, and standards alignment, while coaching NCC line managers and contributing to operational improvement and cost optimization.
