Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • •Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that improve user experiences across travel products.
  • •Lead teams using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with open-source frameworks and database technologies.
  • •Provide strategic direction and ensure delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Agile initiatives.
  • •Develop and manage engineering leadership by mentoring lead engineers, building succession plans, and driving alignment with enterprise goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or related virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience building large-scale, component-driven web applications and distributed systems.
