Job Summary

Senior-level Product Manager leading strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of digital technology platforms across enterprise systems, infrastructure tooling, and AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and investment priorities for key Digital Technology platforms (enterprise systems, infrastructure tooling, AI-enabled workflows, and operational applications).
•Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into clearly defined product increments.
•Establish outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value (efficiency gains, risk reduction, automation lift, compliance maturity, user adoption).
•Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — from discovery and business case development through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
•Drive disciplined backlog prioritization aligned to AOP, capacity constraints, and enterprise risk posture.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise platforms
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
•Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, HRIS, security tooling, or operational platforms)
•Strong financial and analytical acumen — ability to build business cases, quantify ROI, and manage budget accountability
•Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and technology controls (SOX, ITGC, change management, access controls)
