Provide industry-leading client service in branch and by phone while developing, expanding, and retaining new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Maintain client records and resolve routine maintenance requests, support branch sales targets, and complete teller cross-training and transactions as needed.
