Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security and automation equipment in customers’ homes.
  • •Assess customer homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their installed systems.
  • •Maintain technical excellence while delivering consultative, customer-first interactions.
  • •Participate in paid training and use coaching to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, plus ability to pass post-offer background investigation and required licensing per applicable law.
  • •Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet.
  • •Comfort working in confined spaces (e.g., attics) and performing extended standing, kneeling, and bending while following strong safety culture.
