Key Responsibilities

•Perform design and engineering of process facilities within schedule, adhering to safety, maintenance, and quality standards; consider constructability, economics, and operation in FEED/Detailed Design
•Lead the design team to meet planned schedule and budget; forecast and plan resource requirements
•Develop 3D models and ensure clash-free models in coordination with other disciplines
•Ensure design deliverables are completed and issued per project specs and procedures
•Coordinate large design teams and act as Designers Coordinator or Lead Piping Designer as required

Key Requirements

•10 years minimum with a major contractor or consultant, of which 5+ years in offshore oil and gas
•Lead Designer experience on a small or medium-sized project
•High School graduate with a diploma in Mechanical Design or Drafting, or equivalent experience
•Advanced depth of Plant Design expertise and 3D CAD systems including E3D or SP3D
•Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with QA systems and project coordination
