Job Summary

Lead complex consulting engagements for clients across the property & casualty and (re)insurance landscape as part of Aon’s Strategy Advisory group. Own the full engagement lifecycle from scoping to C-suite delivery, manage client relationships, and guide associate-level team members. Structure problems into phases, run hypothesis-driven analysis and storytelling, develop recommendations, and support proposals and ongoing business development. Collaborate across STG to drive measurable growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full lifecycle of complex client engagements from ideation and scoping through delivery and C-suite presentations.
•Manage overall client relationships, building credibility and trust.
•Structure client problems into phases and questions, using hypothesis testing, story building, and deliverable production.
•Lead problem-solving sessions with internal/external clients to develop processes, methodologies, and transition strategies.
•Oversee implementation of strategic recommendations and develop/draft client proposals and recommendations; potentially line manage associates and senior associates.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in corporate strategy or management consulting (prominent advisory firm preferred) with experience in P&C insurance.
•Experience leading projects and managing teams of professionals delivering work to executive stakeholders.
•Strong business storytelling skills, including formulating strategic narratives for client and executive audiences.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
