Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical/hardware design from requirement specifications through detailed design documentation and schematic entry using Concept HDL.
  • •Estimate system power budget, design voltage regulators, and define board layout constraints, routing guidelines, board stack-up, and impedance rules.
  • •Perform signal integrity analysis and design PCB layout, including engineering BOM preparation and DFM/DFT review.
  • •Plan and execute board bring-up and validation, and create specifications and test cases for manufacturing.
  • •Support system-level compliance and safety testing, define manufacturing test functions, and coordinate prototype design through production realization while maintaining quality-system documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Product design background with experience leading at least one complete product.
  • •Hands-on ability to develop hardware from concept through manufacturing, including PCB layout and electrical design.
  • •Strong knowledge of analog, digital, power, and RF designs plus worst-case circuit analysis and simulation.
  • •Proficiency with communications interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, and RS485, and knowledge of high-speed routing and power routing techniques.
  • •Experience with PCB bring-up, testing, and validation, including EMI/EMC/ESD validation and laboratory instrumentation.
