Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and planning by analyzing results and variance drivers and preparing recurring financial reports and management summaries.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; support ad hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations.
  • •Collect, consolidate, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data using enterprise systems and analytics tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • •Leverage approved AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and support business decision-making while validating AI outputs.
  • •Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain compliance with Micron policies, SOX requirements, and GAAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related business discipline.
  • •0–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Operations Finance, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel ability.
  • •Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
