Design, implement, optimize, and support scalable multitenant technology solutions for internal teams and external clients. Act as a subject matter expert across a portfolio of platforms, services, vendors, and applications, providing escalation and second-line support. Drive automation and continuous improvement by identifying inefficient processes, evaluating new vendors and technologies, monitoring releases, and maintaining clear technical documentation to support long-term scalability and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert for multitenant technology solutions across platforms, services, vendors, and applications.
•Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and internal team members, including day-to-day user and platform support.
•Monitor vendor roadmaps and product releases and stay informed about updates to existing solutions.
•Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and support implementation and ongoing management of established solutions using best practices.
•Identify manual or repetitive operational processes and develop automation/optimization opportunities; research and evaluate new vendors and technologies.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus at least 4 years of IT experience with relevant technologies (or 8+ years overall IT experience).
•At least 2 years working with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Active Directory.
•At least 2 years using an automation/scripting language such as PowerShell.
•At least 2 years working with SQL or related relational databases.
•At least 1 year administering ConnectWise platforms (Manage/ScreenConnect/CPQ-Sell/BrightGauge) and/or NinjaOne and Audigy; experience integrating solutions via REST APIs.
