Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet, welcome, and efficiently register residents and guests while accommodating special requests and collecting necessary payment information.
  • •Respond to guest requests and complaints, providing recommendations and information based on local knowledge and property practices.
  • •Coordinate with the Leasing Team on move-ins, move-outs, and support lease renewal activities as needed.
  • •Manage front-desk operations including lobby traffic, communal areas, package/mail handling, and access for authorized vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • •Handle check-out, cash management, documentation, and report preparation; maintain accurate package management logs and related trackers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; college or relevant experience is a plus.
  • •Residential services or hospitality experience in a luxury environment preferred.
