Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overseas inspection and audit management (approx. 65%), review third-party reports (QIMA, Intertek, Baak), release passing shipments, troubleshoot workmanship/measurement failures, and manage the 3-week audit plan.
  • •Care label compliance by verifying vendor-submitted labels against BOM, PIM, and Tech Packs; identify discrepancies and update layouts.
  • •Manage fabric and garment testing end-to-end, including reviewing overseas fabric reports, processing test requests, managing retests, and communicating instructions.
  • •Plan and monitor QC capacity; track sample arrivals and build weekly capacity vs. demand charts.
  • •Analyze returns and escalations; coordinate with Merch/Production to investigate high-return items and prepare findings for executive review.

Key Requirements
