Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience in underwriting or market-facing roles.
  • •Or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 14+ years of experience in claims or under-support roles.
  • •Or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5+ years of experience in underwriting or market-facing roles.
  • •2+ years of management experience.
  • •Strong technical underwriting skills and solution-focused problem-solving.
