Clinical Manager - (remote - travel required)

Oversee daily operations of the clinical field team and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across assigned regions. Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and coaching for the clinical Sprinter team. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, monitor incident reports, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Manage expenses and optimize workflows to reduce costs, triage patients based on abnormal findings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support teams in the field. Report to the Director of In Home Care.
