Job Summary

Lead the academic and educational direction across all branches, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery in Quran, bayan, Islamic sciences, STEAM, reading and writing, and the school’s “khmasiyat al-sakina” values. Set and execute the annual academic strategy with the CEO, oversee curriculum development, and drive teaching quality through field visits and reports. Manage branch academic leaders, coordinate training with HR, and report KPIs and academic progress to the executive board.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the annual academic strategy in coordination with the CEO.
•Oversee full curriculum implementation across branches (Quran, bayan, Islamic sciences, STEAM, reading/writing, and khmasiyat programs).
•Direct integration of “khmasiyat al-sakina” values into daily programs and activities.
•Supervise branch academic leadership (field CAO, curriculum and content lead, academic quality lead).
•Monitor teaching quality and academic assessment via field visits and reports; coordinate HR training and provide periodic academic reporting to the executive and board.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or higher in education, Islamic sciences, or a related field.
•7–10 years’ experience leading academics for schools or educational institutions.
•Deep knowledge of Islamic curricula (especially Quran and bayan) and modern curricula (STEAM).
•Strong leadership and supervision skills with the ability to build and develop a team.
•Strong understanding of educational assessment and quality methods, with high Arabic proficiency (English a plus).
