Regional Operations Manager (They/She/He)

Own the operational metrics and supply status across all Polish cities, reporting to the Head of Operations. Drive long-term courier fleet sustainability and daily performance by analyzing country and city KPIs, optimizing earnings structures across 100+ cities, and leading efficiency, quality, and delivery-time improvement projects. Partner with commercial and q-commerce teams, develop execution plans, and make data-driven decisions to boost engagement, retention, and overall regional results.
