Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking to improve the client experience.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
