Key Responsibilities

•Craft and implement a robust technical strategy for the marketing technology systems that aligns with business objectives and adapts to market changes
•Provide technical expertise in design, development, and deployment of scalable, efficient marketing solutions
•Help design and refine the architecture of the marketing technology stack for scalability, reliability, and security
•Ensure operational efficiency of marketing platforms focusing on availability and performance with best-in-class tools and practices
•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate needs into innovative technical solutions and drive business value

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant expertise in marketing technology systems
•Strong design and deployment skills for scalable, high-performance distributed systems
•Experience with Hive, Spark, and NOSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, CosmosDB)
•Experience designing and implementing microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java/Kotlin, Node.js, React.js)
