Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, select, and order cost-effective equipment for manufacturing company products.
•Oversee installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
•Monitor equipment manufacturer technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
•Study equipment performance and reliability; establish programs to increase uptime and address equipment problems affecting manufacturing.
•Provide technical support for equipment repair and process engineering teams, and define preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree.
•2-5+ years in semiconductor backend/post test equipment.
•Experience with equipment setup, troubleshooting, optimization, preventive maintenance, machine calibration and alignment, and downtime reduction.
•Experience with PVD and/or AMAT TxZ chambers, and prior exposure to PVD/CVD and high/ultra-high vacuum equipment.
•Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
