Job Summary

Produce and edit high-quality video and visual content that supports enterprise communications and engagement, from concept through final delivery. Support live and hybrid town halls and executive broadcasts through technical setup, rehearsals, live streaming, and troubleshooting. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio for studio and on-location environments, manage post-production (editing, motion graphics, captions, color correction), and create branded assets that meet brand and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce and edit video content for executive messages, interviews, employee stories, events, and enterprise campaigns.
•Support live and hybrid events with technical setup, rehearsals, live streaming, production execution, and troubleshooting.
•Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment across studio, on-location, and live event environments.
•Manage post-production including editing, audio, color correction, captioning, motion graphics, and final delivery.
•Create branded visual assets and multimedia elements for digital communications, presentations, events, web, email, social media, and internal channels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience in video production, live event production, post-production, multimedia design, or a related role.
•Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and live-streaming production workflows.
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
•Strong video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating production and visual design expertise.

Education:Bachelor's in Multimedia Production, Film, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
