Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and motivate a team of 60–70 drivers across two sites (Attignat/Sancé) to optimize service quality
  • •Ensure onboarding and contribute to training for new drivers
  • •Build driver and vehicle schedules while respecting transport social legislation
  • •Coordinate vehicle fleet monitoring with maintenance, and manage work orders and validity tracking for permits, training (FCO), medical checkups, and equipment
