Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, execution, and oversight of financial strategies supporting enterprise objectives and long-term shareholder value.
  • •Support balance sheet strategy, including asset-liability management optimization, capital and liquidity deployment, funding strategy, and balance sheet hedging.
  • •Develop and evaluate strategic balance sheet scenarios and perform financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis for decision-making.
  • •Support investor relations by preparing quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, annual reports, and executive-level messaging.
  • •Identify and execute corporate development opportunities, leading financial/strategic analysis and coordinating due diligence, transaction execution, and integration planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Banking, and/or Investor Relations, emphasizing financial modeling, valuation, budgeting, and executive-level communications.
  • •5+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience as an individual contributor or people manager.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
