•Run monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand territory trends, recommend improvements, and identify future revenue opportunities.
•Monitor sales metrics (fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, customer satisfaction) and communicate issues with urgency while maintaining a safe work environment.
