  • •Provide technical direction and quality standards across backend services, data models, and frontend applications
  • •Oversee design, delivery, and reliability of data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT, orchestration, data quality)

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management or a team lead role
  • •Demonstrated experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
  • •Proven performance-development experience including feedback, performance management, and growing engineers at multiple levels
  • •Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and SQL, able to read/review code and evaluate architectural trade-offs
  • •Experience leading data engineering teams and familiarity with Power BI (or comparable BI platforms) at a team-management level
