Credit Trainee

Join the Credit Trainee program to accelerate your credit career with hands-on learning across Ferguson’s operations. Over an 8–12 month program, you’ll rotate through warehouse and sales counter work, ride with delivery drivers, shadow and lead customer meetings, and learn credit management fundamentals. You’ll develop entry-level capability in extending trade credit, understanding collections and A/R, and building long-term customer relationships with mentoring from credit leadership.
