•Ensure safety of all personnel within the business unit and support safety and environmental stewardship of sites.
•Recruit, select, train, coach, and retain personnel; carry out supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning, directing, and appraising work.
•Direct and coordinate daily activities, set and track production goals, and coordinate daily work activities including job site organization and reading of plans.
•Supervise and schedule work crews; organize site goals, timelines, and budgets, and order required supplies and materials.
•Maintain time and materials records for daily job costing; assist with general labor and heavy equipment operation if trained, as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required, with three to five years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; write clearly and effectively.
•Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and employees.
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including common fractions and decimals.
•Operations, sales, quality control, customer service/dispatch, and supervisory experience are preferred; additional college education is a plus.
