Job Summary

Lead program execution for customer launches by partnering with cross-functional teams, managing customer accounts and requirements, and establishing engineering schedules. Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
•Manage customer accounts and their portfolio, understand customer platforms/solutions, and document customer requirements.
•Establish engineering schedules and drive AMD product solution deliverables aligned with customers’ platforms across the product lifecycle.
•Create and maintain project management artifacts including schedules, resource forecasts, and risk and issues logs.
•Provide project status updates, identify mitigations for issues/risks, escalate corrective actions when needed, and publish performance data via dashboards and recurring reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 2,643,900 - 3,777,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
•Ability to work in complex, dynamic ecosystems and manage cross-functional relationships for successful customer program launches.
•Knowledge of project management principles and ability to apply them to small-to-large projects.
•Create and maintain project management artifacts such as schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering; formal project management education (PMP / Scrum Master).
