Lead transfer pricing and related tax matters for the Americas with a LATAM focus, partnering closely with finance teams to provide expert planning, policy, compliance, and controversy support. Own internal transfer pricing risk assessments, implement processes and controls, and run functional and financial analyses to validate existing policies. Collaborate with external consultants on contemporaneous documentation, respond to inquiries, and monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting operations.
