Job Summary

Design and build full-stack digital solutions for manufacturing plant floor operations. Develop and optimize visual production scheduling tools (including Gantt-style drag-and-drop boards), integrate them with ERP/MES systems via APIs, and deliver end-to-end SDLC from UI to databases. Ensure performance for real-time device data, and collaborate with plant managers and supply chain planners to translate manufacturing constraints into software requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize visual scheduling boards (e.g., Gantt charts) with drag-and-drop functionality for real-time plant floor adjustments.
•Design and manage APIs to synchronize production data between ERP/MES systems and custom scheduling tools.
•Own end-to-end development across the SDLC, covering front-end interactions, back-end server logic, and database management.
•Optimize applications for real-time data flows from devices to support live machine status and cycle tracking.
•Collaborate with plant managers and supply chain planners to translate manufacturing constraints into technical requirements.

Key Requirements

•6 years of experience developing with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and Microsoft SQL Server.
•4 years of experience developing with HTML and JavaScript.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including finite capacity scheduling, resource allocation, and bottleneck detection.
•Experience building or working with scheduling tools such as PlanetTogether, Opcenter (Preactor), Asprova, or custom Gantt-based planners.
•Proficiency in Agile/Scrum with experience in CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and version control.
