Job Summary

Lead the global Talent & Culture agenda by translating the SolCo value creation plan into integrated talent, performance, and learning frameworks. Build succession and critical role processes for a private-equity environment, strengthen leadership capability, and shape diversity & inclusion into the culture. Partner with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders worldwide to drive talent acquisition, employer branding, people analytics–enabled governance, and organizational effectiveness in a complex transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate SolCo’s value creation agenda into an integrated Talent & Culture roadmap tied to talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and culture priorities.
•Define and manage critical roles, value-driving capabilities, and succession priorities to deploy the right talent across roles, markets, and transformation initiatives.
•Build a performance management approach for a private equity environment, connecting goal setting, feedback, outcomes, and rewards to value creation.
•Accelerate leadership capability by developing leaders with an ownership mindset and the ability to lead through carve-out complexity and change.
•Drive talent acquisition and employer branding, using data-driven talent governance to surface role coverage, succession health, retention risks, and capability gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or broader Talent & Culture within international and matrixed organizations.
•Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies including succession planning, performance management, leadership pipelines, and high-potential programs.
•Strong business acumen translating strategic objectives into practical, value-creating people solutions in fast-paced, transforming environments.
•Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives and business leaders, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Data-driven mindset leveraging people analytics, talent insights, and HR technology to support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
