Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as trusted strategic advisor to the GEIS APAC Leadership Team, translating regional strategy into financial insights and guidance across operations and commercial functions.
  • •Lead GEIS APAC finance with full P&L and balance sheet accountability, driving profit plan execution, forecasting, and performance cadence with proactive course correction.
  • •Partner with regional commercial leaders to optimize revenue growth, operating profit, cash flow, and working capital through disciplined financial leadership.
  • •Ensure financial integrity through internal controls, compliance with Eaton financial policies, and GAAP requirements, while building product costing and margin management frameworks for pricing and investment decisions.
  • •Lead and develop the local finance team, advancing organization planning, talent development, succession planning, and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance/Business) strongly preferred.
  • •Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • •15+ years of progressive finance experience within a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • •Senior finance leadership experience including Finance Director/Regional Finance Leader/Controller/Head of FP&A or equivalent.
