Support clients within the Mortgage Warehouse Lending division by servicing warehouse lines of credit and handling telephone and email inquiries. Manage and verify commercial loan documents for accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies, and monitor document receipt. Key Responsibilities

•Set up new warehouse lines of credit per credit approval and ensure documentation aligns with approvals.
•Prepare and manage commercial loan documents, verifying accuracy and compliance and resolving discrepancies with clients and relationship managers.
•Request and verify Fidelity and E&O insurance policies to meet MWL requirements and resolve coverage deficiencies.
•Respond to client inquiries (e.g., haircuts, contract language, application of payments, exception funding requests) and complete audit confirmation requests as requested.
•Mitigate risk by reviewing and reconciling MWL deposit and general ledger accounts, monitoring transactions for anomalies, and verifying wiring instructions.
