Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop software and tools to enhance AI-enabled automation and improve efficiency for IDC network implementation and operations, including runbook execution and ticket/work-order automation with safety controls.
  • •Analyze network data and build software solutions using computer science and engineering methods, integrating LLM/AI-assisted analysis into data pipelines and operator workflows.
  • •Work with software development teams to plan, design, and iterate network platforms, including prompt flows, tool/function-calling integrations, and evaluation/guardrail strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficient in at least one back-end programming language (Python, Go, C, C++, Rust, or similar).
  • •Familiar with mainstream SQL and NoSQL database principles, including database querying and data structure optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs into backend services (e.g., automation endpoints, RAG pipelines, or tool-using agents).
