Job Summary

Perform asphalt-related terminal operations at a refinery site in Mandan, North Dakota. Carry out general labor and plant cleanup, grounds maintenance (including snow removal and spill cleanup), and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance such as lubricating pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect equipment for leaks, document and measure petroleum product movement, and load/unload asphalt trucks and rail cars while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor and plant cleanup tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, painting, scraping, jackhammering, and soda blasting.
•Maintain clean and safe work areas and perform grounds maintenance including snow removal and spill cleanup.
•Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
•Inspect equipment for seeps and leaks, and document and measure petroleum product movement through the terminal.
•Load and unload asphalt trucks and unload asphalt rail cars while following all safety policies and identifying workplace hazards.

Key Requirements

•Carry a valid driver’s license.
•2+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Experience in mechanical and/or electrical fields.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
