Job Summary

Perform visual and listening inspections of hearing aids received from assembly teams to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and guidelines. Own work-order accuracy checks, run Wireless Functional Tests (WFT), and support QC processes by assembling custom tips/earmolds and documenting non-conforming products. Follow ISO Quality Policy requirements and safety/ESD standards while coordinating with other departments for order clarifications and rejects.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform visual cosmetic checks and listening checks on hearing aids received from assembly teams.
•Inspect work order accuracy and complete total QC functions according to the ISO Quality Policy Manual.
•Execute Wireless Functional Tests (WFT) and perform custom tip and earmolds assembly with hearing instruments.
•Collect and document information about non-conforming products, including coordination for rejects and order clarifications.
•Maintain full compliance with safety and ESD standards, workplace cleanliness, and policies as described in the Employee Handbook and ISO Manual.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Elementary education or equivalent required; secondary education considered an asset.
•2 years of experience in hearing aid manufacturing; Quality Control experience is a plus.
•Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management to support accuracy and productivity.
•Ability to follow work instructions and review customer order forms to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies.
•Basic computer skills and hand-eye coordination; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
