Assistant Store Manager at Pandora is responsible for the daily operational leadership of the boutique, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and KPI performance. You will supervise and motivate the team, ensure proper merchandising and stock control, and act as a brand ambassador in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining Pandora standards in your absence of the Store Manager.
