Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a continuous rhythm of customer conversations (discovery calls, renewals, and support signals) and translate requirements into engineering-ready specs.
  • •Maintain a prioritized roadmap showing what’s shipping, what moved, and why.
  • •Assess enterprise requests for criticality and pattern, and manage expectations across sales, leadership, and customers when priorities change.
  • •Partner with tech leads on sequencing, feasibility, and dependency-heavy work across releases; make change costs explicit.
  • •Establish the operating cadence for product planning and execution, and hire/develop PMs while staying hands-on in your own product areas.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management, including recent hands-on IC roadmap ownership.
  • •Experience with enterprise customers: discovery, requirements gathering, and expectation management.
  • •Track record of quantifying business impact of roadmap decisions and defending prioritization to stakeholders.
  • •Comfort in technically deep domains (e.g., databases, data infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer tools) and working closely with tech leads.
  • •Experience running product process in Linear (or comparable) with strong written communication.
