Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate on a team to pack products and maintain/operate equipment used in the manufacturing area.
  • •Act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for your area and operate and maintain equipment.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed packing and utilities power & controls equipment, reducing downtime and eliminating defects.
  • •Use electrical test equipment to diagnose electrical problems and perform preventive maintenance and calibrations.
  • •Troubleshoot, monitor, and program PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, including VFDs, servo control systems, robotics, and related control equipment while analyzing technical data for proactive issue identification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38.07 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) plus a 2-year technical degree/certification in Industrial Electrical (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •Be able and willing to work rotating shifts, including any shift under a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts.
  • •Have practical knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, process instrumentation, machine control systems, VFDs, servo drives, robotics, and electrical safety.
  • •Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis for industrial electrical issues, including using PLC program navigation and reading electrical schematics/single-line drawings.
